Terms of Service for text messages

• Program: this is the After Hours Text Back demo line, (855) 547-3146. Callers who press 1 get texts about their own demo call. After Hours Text Back is owned and run by Zavdiel Ocampo in Lake Forest, California. Businesses that use After Hours Text Back text their callers from their own numbers, under their own terms and opt-in.
• Opt in: on the demo number, press 1 when the greeting asks if you want texts about your call. Nothing is texted unless you press 1. If you text the number instead, you only get replies to your own messages. See how text opt-in works.
• Message types: replies about your call: a few short questions about the work you need and a good time to call, and a copy of the alert the business owner would get. If you reply to that alert the way an owner would, one short text confirms it and ends the demo. No marketing.
• Frequency: message frequency varies with your conversation, usually under 10 messages.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. The service itself is free to you.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP, or email hello@afterhourstextback.com.
• AI replies: replies are written by an AI assistant. It does not give prices or make commitments on the business's behalf. The business owner follows up personally.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
